In Lake Tahoe, we’re very lucky to have four distinct seasons. Each one involves festivities to either kick it off or finish the season with style. For us, it isn’t summer until the Ski Run Farmer’s Market is in full swing! And, luckily for all of us, the first one is coming up this Friday, June 2nd and runs all summer long through August.
Ski Run Farmer’s Market is a Par-tay!
In its eighth year, the 2017 edition will have over thirty-five vendors such as regional farmers selling organic fruits, vegetables, meats, and honey as well as local artisans expressing themselves. There’s no doubt you’ll find something that fits you. And the best part? It’s not your typical hum drum farmer’s market either. Taking a cue from its south shore locale, it feels more like an energetic party market. From live music, to a bounce house for the kiddos, and a beer garden at Blue Angel Café, this place is perfect for you to unwind after a busy day on the lake or in the mountains! As you can see, there’s something for everyone so come out and join us!
